Building High Performing Teams
A team of high performers is not always a high performing team.
We approach team-building using action-based learning approach, in which team members participate fully in building a high performing team, and where the strengths and potential risks to the team (and the work) are explored.
Participants engage with what it is to build a high performing team, and, more importantly, the barriers to doing so. They also develop skills and techniques to maintain the team when back at the day job.
