All organisations have a culture, and all organisations go through cultural change. With our model, we can help you determine what the current culture is like and what you would like it to be. We can also help you understand the roles different people are likely to play during change and how to utilise these to best effect.

Key stakeholders can determine what both the 'current' and the 'ideal' culture would look like. And individuals can be engaged with individually, ('change agent' or an 'anchor') within the new culture.
