Using contemporary methodologies that span the best of current thinking, Kate relishes working with people and organisations to provide an 'evidence-based' lens to solve people-related business problems.

This can embrace emotional intelligence, as well as an understanding of our personality traits, behavioural style and motivators. How people lead others, form teams and make up entire cultures can be understood through using sounds psychological tools. Kate has a particular interest in the Positive Psychology movement, which is the scientific study of the conditions in which people can best thrive.
